Meet Domi

Hi there! I’m Domi and I love to move my body. I wasn’t always living a healthy, balanced life. As a tennis player in my young age I used to push my body to its limits. Once I stopped with tennis I was too scared to gain weight so I started running to burn all this calories off. It worked perfectly - until it didn’t.

During the pandemic I discovered Pilates, and it transformed me. It gave me strength, balance, and a new way to connect with my body. I Today, I share this practice to help others move with intention and feel their best.

The method

My approach combines the precision of classical Pilates with the dynamic flow of modern Pilates. Every class is designed to strengthen and lengthen the body, improve posture, and build a strong core.

Rather than focusing on rehabilitation, my method emphasizes effective, intentional movement that challenges your muscles, enhances mobility, and creates lasting strength.

It’s a practice that balances control and flow - helping you move better, feel stronger, and carry that strength into everyday life.
