I’m here to make consistency feel effortless
My goal is to make you fall in love with your movement so you don’t have to fight through it. I’m here for you to enjoy each class, fire your core a little bit up and lengthen all your muscles.
Don’t get me wrong, we will strengthen our muscles as well and burn some calories but first of all let’s make our movement a daily habit with short and gentle workouts.

I use pilates as a main pilar to all my workouts. That means that in each class we are going to apply all the rules - Consentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precission,Breath.

Most of the classes are full body. As far as we always connect the core, it is impossible to make a class without focusing on our core. But no worries, there are quickies which are focused on a special part, e.g lean legs, glutes or arms.

Short on time? I’ve got you. On the platform, there are many classes which are 20 minute or less. If you want to enjoy the proper class in the slow peace, there are also 50 minutes full length classes.

The classes are full guided. I’ll alwazs take zou through the class so you don’t have to watch the screen all the time.
